- Birth certificate
Clear and complete copy in PDF, JPG or PNG format.
- Government-issued identification if available
If the applicant has one, prepare the front and any available back image.
Academic qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Enter the university qualification used for this application and upload the official transcript. The degree certificate is optional.
- GCE A-Level or equivalent
Enter your A Level, Baccalaureate, or equivalent qualification and upload its certificate or result slip.
- GCE O-Level or equivalent
Enter your O Level, BEPC, or equivalent qualification and upload its certificate or result slip.
Recommendations
- 2 signed recommendation letters
Each letter must be supplied with the recommender’s details.
