Prepare these documents before you start
You will upload these files during the application. Having them ready will help you finish without interruption.
Identity documents
- Applicant photograph
Recent passport-size colour photograph in JPG or PNG format.
- Birth certificate
Clear and complete copy in PDF, JPG or PNG format.
- Government-issued identification if available
If the applicant has one, prepare the front and any available back image.
Academic qualifications
- GCE A-Level or equivalent
Enter your A Level, Baccalaureate, or equivalent qualification and upload its certificate or result slip.
- GCE O-Level or equivalent
Enter your O Level, BEPC, or equivalent qualification and upload its certificate or result slip.
Files must be clear and no larger than 5 MB each.
